Have an invoice for us? Email it to us using the button below, or send it to mhpcommunities@avidbill.com. We only accept PDF documents, with only one invoice per attachment. Thanks for partnering with us!

Access the AvidXchange Supplier Hub, a free online portal for real-time invoice and payment visibility and support.

Payment Options

You can choose from three payment methods through AvidXchange:

  1. MasterCard — one-time virtual card
  2. AvidPay Direct — deposit into your bank account within 3 business days
  3. Check — USPS delivery within 7–10 business days
